The terms defined below shall have the following meanings in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
Gift voucher: refers to the document containing the offer, the place, the validity number, the validity date and the description enabling the user to take advantage of an offer within an establishment. The gift voucher is issued digitally. Confirmations or follow-ups can be sent by email notifications.
Establishment: refers to the company issuing the gift voucher, which is responsible for collection, invoicing, delivery follow-up, compliance of the service and all obligations relating to the offer.
You are offered online gift vouchers produced by the Domaine Azur en Ardenne. Azur en Ardenne has the status of SPRLFS, whose head office is located at Rue de La Jastrée 31 in 6940 Barvaux-sur-Ourthe, registered under the number BCE 0534.742.192.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply only to orders for gift vouchers placed on the website www.azurenardenne.be or at the reception desk of the establishment.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force for sales in shop.
In the event that the origin of the offer is identified on a distributor site, the sale is made by the establishment and not by the distributor.
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are valid from 1er April 2023. They cancel and replace all previous versions of these conditions.
Azur en Ardenne reserves the right to modify the present General Conditions at any time, without prior notice, it being understood that such modifications will not apply to orders previously accepted and confirmed by Azur en Ardenne.

However, the beneficiary is invited to check that he/she has sufficient insurance cover, in particular for the practice of certain "risky" sports activities. The beneficiary is reminded that the provision of services in good safety conditions does not exempt him/her from observing the basic rules of caution for sporting activities, particularly those known as "risky". The beneficiary accepts the risks accordingly.
Article 3.1 : Prices
The prices of the gift vouchers, displayed on our quote, are those in force on the day of the order.
The sending of the gift voucher by electronic means is free of charge.
Article 3.2 : Terms of payment
The payment of the order can be made by credit card, according to the following methods: -
By credit card according to the cards accepted by the online payment platform (Bancontact, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard.) Azur en Ardenne reserves the right to suspend all processing of the order in the event of refusal of authorisation of payment by your bank.
After validation and payment of your gift voucher, no refund or return can be made.
You are expressly informed that, except in the case of a manifest error which you would bring to proof, the data kept in the databases of Azur en Ardenne have probative force with regard to the orders placed.
The data on computer or electronic support regularly kept constitute admissible and opposable proof in the same terms and with the same evidential force as any document which would be received and kept in writing.
Article 6.1 : Availability of gift vouchers
The gift vouchers are available in quantity from the moment they are displayed on our online gift voucher shop.
Article 6.2 : Delivery
Azur en Ardenne sends the gift certificate by email only. The user is required to print it himself.
The buyer will receive his gift certificate after having validated his order and paid the transaction.
Article 7.1 : Gift voucher error
The client must formulate by telephone (086/21.94.00) or email (info@azurenardenne.be), within 24 working hours of receiving the order, any error relative to the gift boxes ordered.
Any claim not made in accordance with the rules of this article and within the allotted time period cannot be taken into account and will release Azur en Ardenne from any responsibility towards the client.
The transfer of property and risks will take place at the time of delivery of the gift certificate(s) to the client.
The gift vouchers have a limited period of use indicated on the gift voucher.
Any other request for information or clarification must be addressed to Azur en Ardenne
The fact that the gift voucher does not take advantage at a given moment of one of the clauses of the present General Conditions of Sale cannot be interpreted as a renunciation, on the part of Azur en Ardenne, to take advantage of one of the said conditions at a later date.
In the event that one of the present provisions should be declared null or deemed unwritten, the validity of the other provisions of the General Sales Conditions will not be called into question.
The law governing these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the contract concluded at the time of a gift voucher order is Belgian law for all disputes relating, in particular, to their validity, interpretation, execution or termination.
In the event of disputes, only the courts of Marche-en-Famenne and Namur shall have jurisdiction
